good evening

Well, it's turned out to be a good evening. I finally got some time to get some work done. Finally getting to paint the high chair. That chair has been a long haul - having to sand lots of old paint off, fill big cracks, tightening screws, priming... Getting to the paint is a big relief! It's being painted in "Halo", Van Gogh Chalk paint from Lauren Lane Decor. It's turning out quite nice so far!

I finished two more 70's stools. I forgot to take a before pic of these stools but they looked similar to this one:

Except the tops were a hard surface and the legs were gold. I detached the legs, sprayed them a matte black. I attached a foam to the top of the hard surface then covered the foam and top with burlap. I then stencilled on the decorative sheep/bear. I think they're kinda funky:
